Dr. Sparks received
his Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering in 1970 and has been the owner and principal engineer for our company since 1972.
He is registered with
the State of Florida and Alamba as a Professional Engineer. Dr. Sparks is also registered with the state of Florida
as a General and Mechanical Contractor. As principal engineer, he has extensive experience in the design and
analysis of process equipment and mechanical machinery, manufacturing procedures and accident reconstruction. Dr. Sparks
uses accepted engineering principals and experience for Vehicle accident reconstruction including Biomechanics, Machinery
failure, Defective design analysis and Building construction code compliance. He has Over 35 years Experience in Forensic
Engineering and Expert witness testimony.

Joseph Czech, Jr.
Joe is a experienced Auto Cad designer and is certified as an Accident Reconstructionist by the
Institute for Police Technology and Management, he has over 280 hours of classroom training. His designs include
the civil layout of roadways, accident scenes, equipment design and failure documentation using cad drawings for courtroom
presentations. He also is a Working model specialist for machine and component motion and dynamic studies required for
failure analysis. He creates 2D and 3D simulations using PC Crash and Visual Statement Vista FX3
3D simulation for presentations. He is a member of "SOAR" (Society of Accident Reconstructionist)
and "NAPARS" (National Association of Professional Accident Reconstructionist Specialist)

Jeremy Sparks
Jeremy is an experienced Auto Cad designer and certified accident Reconstructionist
by U.C. at Davis, CA. He is a criminal science major and a specialist in Crash Zone, Crime Scene and Animation of accidents
in real time. He specializes in Vehicle collisions, and cases involving vehicle rollovers, occupant ejection, occupant
kinematics, motorcycle and pedestrian accidents. Jeremy's animations and reconstruction are taken from depositions
from accident testimony and include conveyor injuries, falls from scaffolds, falls from equipment, and industrial platforms.
Jeremy recreates scenes in 2 and 3 D and provides videos and still photos for court on power point presentation.

Jimmy Arnold
Jim Arnold
is our mechanical model shop builder and fabricates scale and life size structures, auto and truck parts and welding examples
for court presentation. He has made crane models, log truck frames with binders and fixtures for handling. He has 30 years
experience in teaching College Level welding, supervising construction, construction equipment operations and crane lifting
procedures. His manufacturing experience includes conveyors, piping systems, tanks and the repair of boilers, piping and ASME
code pressure vessels. He is a lifetime auto mechanic and owned and raced a drag racing car for many years. His testing experience
includes lifting machinery and procedures, automobiles and parts, and truck equipment and components.

Pat Melvin-Carolus
Pat is the Company Accountant
and Computer specialist, she provides client case documentation and organization for case review and client files.
Pat assists with formating data, preparing graphics, scanning graphics, and with preparing videos for courtroom
presentations. She's also the company's web designer and network Administrator.
