Station State of the Art plotting and diagramming – we travel to the accident
site and record and document all points within the scene location for distance, elevation and position. We download the data
into a program for 2 dimension plotting and 3 dimension illustration and review used for court presentation and vehicle movement
demonstrations.
Visual Statement – State of the art software for Accident Reconstruction
in three dimensions with time, position and animation in real time:
- crush measurements and diagramming
- Principle
Direction of Force PDOF
- Speed
calculations with time and position
- Skid
distances illustrated and included in the reconstruction
- G loadings for the vehicle and occupant response illustrations
-
Occupant body position from the analysis of accident for illustration
and injury mechanics
Occupant Kinematics and Biomechanics – Analysis of the body movement
and resulting forces to the body from impact for injury criteria per NHTSA for:
- Head and neck (Cervical)
- Thorax
(chest)
- Spinal loadings (Lumbar)
-
Femur loadings
- Feet loadings
Air Bag and Seat Belt Performance – Reconstruction evaluations
for:
-
Non Deployment of the air bag
- Crush evaluation for air bag fire requirements
- Late deployment and body mechanics
- Occupant
too close or out of position analysis
- Injury mechanics
Crashworthy Studies Crash analysis for occupant protection
-
Head protection from A-B pillar contact in roll over events
-
Head protection from roof crush
- Feet protection from crush intrusion of floor board
- Shoulder and spinal protection from side crush intrusion
